West Quay

Phase 1 at West Quay was completed several years ago. Below is an architect impression of phase 2 of the development, "The Cape" Newhaven Marina by Oakdene Homes, consisting of four imposing landmark apartment buildings, with commanding views of the Marina and busy port from their south facing balconies. To the left of the apartment buildings there will be six new retail outlets.

Construction work is now underway, with apartments ready soon and available to purchase now. The show home is open 7 days a week, 10am to 5pm.

Phase 3 encompasses the whole marina providing a continuation of the popular riverside walk and cycleway included in the first two phases. The marina is to be re-planned for the future to accommodate the optimum mix of boats and to ease dredging. Facilities for berthholders are also to be greatly improved.

It is proposed to include a central viewing area surrounded by new marina side restaurants and shops.
