New Security Lighting has been installed at the Marina and is now operational
This new lighting will  not only assist with pontoon safety but also add to the effectiveness of our CCTV cameras.


Newhaven Marina Dredging Campaign
We are pleased to announce that the Newhaven Marina dredging campaign will start in the last week of September and continue for two weeks.

The Harbour Master will issue notice to Mariners in due course.

Cape Apartments, Newhaven Marina: New website and show home
The first release of stylish one, two and three bedroom apartments at "The Cape", Newhaven Marina, is now underway. The new website has further information. The show home is open 7 days a week from 10am to 5pm.


CCTV installed for improved safety and security
After discussions last year with the Chief Constable Mr R Gough and his Crime Prevention Officer on ways to improve safety and security, Newhaven Marina have installed CCTV to monitor not only the Marina but also Railway Quay and Newhaven Harbour.

Also, as part of the investment programme by Oakdene Homes PLC in Newhaven Marina, we have purchased new 9 mtr Fingers to improve Berthing for some of the larger boats we are now attracting.


New Marina Office
The Marina Office has moved to its new location adjacent to the Harbour Lights Restaurant. The telephone number and postal address remains unchanged.


Car Parking
A map showing the new parking arrangements at Newhaven Marina is now on the website, here. Berthholders can arrange overnight secure parking by contacting the Marina Office.
